The Chancel Choir (age 18 and up) assists in leading the congregation at the 10:55am Sunday worship services. The choristers in the group aid in the singing of hymns and liturgy while at the same time present meaningful choral anthems. This family of singers also provides leadership and music for special services throughout the church year.
The Grace Ringers (age 18 and up) provide worshipful hand bell music one Sunday per month at the 10:55am worship service. The Grace Ringers rehearse each Wednesday, 6:15-7:15pm in the hand bell rehearsal room. This group meets beginning the first Wednesday after Labor Day, and continues through the end of April.
The Cape Fear Chorale is pleased to call Grace UMC its home. The forty-five to fifty-five member community chorus rehearses at Grace and performs many of its concerts in the church sanctuary. The main objective of this group is to perform choral music at a quality professional level for the Cape Fear Region. Membership is open by audition to singers who are willing to blend voices, and learn music independently and rapidly between rehearsals. The minimum age for participation in the Chorale is 18.

The next concert will be a performance of F. J. Haydn's The Seven Last Words of Christ. The concert will be in the sanctuary of Grace UMC on Palm Sunday afternoon, March 28, 4 p.m. The Chorale will be accompanied by an orchestra. Guest soloists are Elisabeth McKay Field, Sheila Bron, Benjamin Horrell, and Johannes Bron.
